GO FULL is a provider of premium transportation services. To fully digitize and intelligentize its offline services, including airport transfers, cross-border Greater Bay Area transportation, and charter services, ROLLLL DESIGN was commissioned to plan and develop its official service application. The core technical objective of this project is to create a stable, smooth, and scalable transportation service platform for its clients.
Main Highlights
- Intelligent Booking & Dynamic Dispatch System: We have developed the core order processing functionality. The system is capable of instantly handling user-submitted pickup times, locations (e.g., airports, cities within the Greater Bay Area), vehicle preferences, and special requirements.
- Integrated Architecture for Multiple Service Categories: To accommodate the differences in billing rules, operational areas, required permits, and processes for services such as airport transfers, cross-border Greater Bay Area trips, and local charters, we designed a flexible backend architecture. This architecture allows a single application to seamlessly integrate multiple service workflows, while the backend can manage products, pricing strategies, and data analytics for each service independently.
- End-to-End Status Tracking: We have implemented end-to-end journey tracking, covering all key nodes from order confirmation and driver acceptance, to vehicle en-route, trip commencement, and safe arrival.
