Main Highlights

• Automated Entry & Exit System with Deep Hardware Lock Integration: This is the technical core of the project. We developed a dynamic password management system by establishing real-time communication with the smart lock APIs at each branch via the MQTT protocol. When a customer successfully makes a booking, the system automatically sends an entry notification email containing a one-time dynamic password 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. The validity period of this password is precisely tied to the booking duration (e.g., 1.5 hours) and automatically expires afterwards. This solution fundamentally addresses the most critical issues of access control and security management for unattended facilities.
• Flexible Dual-Track Consumption & Booking Engine: To meet diverse customer needs, we designed a flexible payment system: clients can purchase "booking tokens" for deduction-based reservations or directly pay for "single-session classes." The backend system clearly manages both consumption modes and synchronizes with financial records, providing the fitness studio with versatile marketing and pricing flexibility.
• All-in-One Customer Self-Service Management Backend: Every registered member has a personal backend where they can centrally view all booking records (including past and future bookings), top up tokens and check their balance, and review detailed transaction history. This empowers customers with full self-service capabilities, automates a significant volume of daily inquiries, and greatly reduces the burden on backend customer support.
• Secure & Convenient Passwordless Login & Verification: The primary login method adopted is "Enter Email → Receive Verification Code." This eliminates the hassle of password memorization for customers, enhancing the login experience. It also ensures account security and maintains the validity of member data through email verification, laying the groundwork for subsequent automated notifications.
